A Personal Word From the Old Organ Tech

Hello this is Michael the Old Organ Technician, when I was a child growing up we were very conservative in our way of life and that is because Church and Jesus was and still is very important to us. I received Christ as my personal Saviour at 10 years old another word for that is I got saved. No I was not very Christ-like (Christian) as a young man but I always knew the difference. When I was about 20 years old the Lord got a hold of me and I got on the right road and though not perfect but growing towards being what I have become today, still not perfect but enjoying my relationship with Jesus. "Our service should reflect who we are and not a false representation"

OPAR MUSIC became a business in 1992; OPAR MUSIC is an acronym for Organ & Pro-Audio Repair. Its roots started in 1978 when I had the opportunity to do the sound system in my home Church. In 1983 I attended and graduated from ITT and majored in electronic repair. In 1989 I was hired by a California company called Organ Exchange and started repairing Organs and Digital Pianos. In January 1992 we met Mr. Simes he was a Hammond & Gulbransen Organ technician, he started in 1945 and we learned all about Hammond & Gulbransen Organs. Mr. Simes retired and we were on our own. In 1995 the music stores in California were struggling so we moved the business to Mesa, Arizona.

OPAR MUSIC is well known throughout the state of Arizona, we've had the pleasure of repairing thousands of Organs and Digital Pianos. OPAR MUSIC loves to Install new church Organs and install new sound systems for churches, auditoriums and activity centers. It has also been a pleasure to refurbish the classic Hammond Organ.

OPAR MUSIC first and foremost puts Jesus Christ first in all that we do, you will find out that OPAR MUSIC is the friendliest company you have ever dealt with to repair you musical instrument.
